Lysing of CHO cells for western blot??

Hi:

   What is the best method to lyse CHO cells for SDS-PAGE western blot analysis?.  I am
used to running western blot's using bacterial cells by mixing equal volumes of cells 
suspension and 2X SDS-loading buffer and boiling the samples.  Will I need to either go through 
i) several freeze-thaw cycles or ii) sonication of the CHO cell suspension to get efficent 
lysis.
