fluorescence anisotropy

Hi,   
   I'd like to study a DNA binding protein by using Rhodamine labeled DNA
and monitoring the anisotropy change when the protein binds.  I have seen
this done before, but I would rather purchase an oligo already labeled
rather than going through labeling it myself.  Has anyone had good luck
doing this and if so, what company did you buy your label from?  I am
worried that if I just buy one from any company that the linker may be too
flexible for this kind of experiment.
