I am beginning a DNA extraction/purification experiment. After I extract the DNA (from blood), is it possible to store it until I can purify in a later step? If so, under what conditions and for how long? Also, if I purify it, under what conitions is it best to store until I can electrophorese? I appreciate your assistance. Rick rbright at mnw.net
