HeLa or Liver for GST-fishing?

Hello!
So, I would like to go fishing with my GST-fusion protein and
microsequence the bands that stick. I have very small-scale results with
HeLa extracts and I know my protein is in almost all cells. The question
is, should I buy (where can I buy them?) HeLa cells in large quantities
(we dont have spinner facilities) or just get some rat livers, homogonize
them, and use that?

I appreciate your comments.

By the way, is nanoelextric mass spec yet available for general use?

Thanks,
John
