attachment HEK-293 cells

Hello!
I asked a similar question 6 months ago.  The most useful rtesponse wat 
that after transfection with CaP04, DONT wash with PBS/EDTA (which we 
normally do to remove the Ca++) but insetad rinse gently with just PBS.

That helped us a bit.
