Prep of DNA for electroporation

As reported in NAR and other places, salt and T4 DNA ligase kills the
electroporation efficiency. 

Take a 10ul ligation, add 20ul water, heat at 70C for 20 mins, briefly
microfuge then zap 1 or 2ul. No problem with arcing or low efficiency.
