Q: pGL3basic: Ligation TIME and TEMPERATURE??

Hello!
Man isch ta nah? (so much form my hebrew)
I use PGL2 (someone said its better than pGL3 serties but I dont remember=
=20
why. There should be no difference in cloning with this than with other=20
vectors. I usually ligate for 20 minutes benchtop and transform. Works=20
