PE 9600 for cycle sequencing

Hi,

I use PE 9600 and 2400 for the cycle sequencing for 2 years now. The
volume one works with is not 12 but 8 microliters and it does not
evaporate. It takes about 1 hr 30 min to complete the reaction. Very nice
system.
