I have been using NAP-10 columns from Pharmacia followed by EtOH
precipitation (using 1 mM MgCl2 and 2 vol EtOH) to clean up my oligos. It
takes about 10 minutes after applying your crude sample to the column to
have clean oligo. It performs very well for most appications.
