Inosine and melting temperature

I should be grateful if someone would advise me on whether deoxyinosine
should be counted when calculating the theoretical melting temperature
of a PCR primer containing a deoxyinosine residue using the formula
4x(G+C)+2x(A+T). It has been shown that inosine neither stabilizes nor
disrupts a DNA duplex. If this is so, I wonder whether it should be
given a value of zero.
