do such assays exist?

I want to be able to assay bacteria for the following things. Do easy 
assays exist - preferably ones that can be done in 96-well format?

1. Extent of ATP useage
2. Related to above, extent of protein phosphorylation in whole bacteria
3. Extent of S-S bond formation in whole bacteria
4. Extent of Fe (or any ion) uptake
5. Nitrate reduction

Also, is there an affordable piece of apparatus out there for subjected 
bacteria to high pressure at constant temperature?
