New wash recipe for Geneclean

I don't know if this is exactly like the New Wash solution, but in 
side by side comparsions it appears to perform equally as well.  
Give it a try.

50% Ethanol
50% STE (100mM NaCl, 10mM Tris pH 7.5, 1mM EDTA)
