cloning repetitive DNA

 Hi
 We have been trying to clone 50-800bp genomic DNA fragments which have 
poly-Purine/ poly-Pyrimidine stretches. The clones (in psk+) are very 
unstable and throw out the inserts. Could anybody suggest suitable 
vectors/host strains to solve this problem.
