I agree there is no difference in quality as far as Isopropanol and
ethanol is really pure. But, sometimes the claimed pure solvent is not
really pure. If you have any problem for DNA precipitation it may be
better to change your isopropanol or ethanol. This is from my experience
and not from my brain.
