thrombin recognition cleavage site

Does anyone know the consensus for thrombin? 
According to the Mac Vector program thrombin will recognize and cut my
sequence several times. The sequences are:
DEEAEEERLA  cutting between R and L
FLLEHIRILK  cutting between R and I
GSIRQFAACL  cutting between R and Q

According to Pharmacia thrombin will recognize:
 Hydrophob  Hydrophob  Pro Basic Nonacidic  Nonacidic
Cutting between Basic and nonacidic.


Please help me. I'm confused.
