Benzamidine Sepharose

Hi,

I've cleaved the His.Tag off my protein and now I want to remove thrombin 
from the solution.  Has anybody got a protocol for using a slurry of 
benzamidine sepharose instead of having to set up a column?  I was 
thinking of throwing in a bit of benzamidine-seph, shaking a bit, then 
spinning it out.  Is it really that simple?
