Nylon-vs-nitrocellulose??

Nylon beats nitrocellulose hands down.  I have a nylon genomic Southern
blot which I have just finished probing for the sixth time. 
Nitrocellulose would have fallen apart long before that.  I also don't
have background problems with nylon as I did with nitrocellulose.
