RT-PCR Kit

Hi everyone,

I am planning to use the Boehringer Mannheim Kit "Titan one tube RT
PCR"
Is there anyone who did already use this Kit? How does it perform?
I would like to use it for quantitaive RT-PCR- Do you think that it
will be good for this purpose?
