signal peptide tagging

I have recently heard about a new method to clone secreted 
proteins or any protein with a signal peptide.  It involves using a yeast 
system to clone cDNAs encoding signal peptides and then working back to 
the full length cDNA.  I need to give a journal club next week and this 
sounded interesting.  Does anyone know good references for this 
technique?  Thanks
