I am just getting into the bussiness of expressing antisense RNA
using retrovirus vectors. Building the construct is a diffecult problem.
The only cloning strategy I have come up with involves PCR to change
restriction sites so that the antisense is expressed. Is there a strategy
I have missed? Any advice will be helpful.
