Help with phosphoamino acid analysis

Greetings,

I'm trying to find a method for analyzing phosphorylated amino acids by
TLC without using electrophoretic TLC (or else I need a way of using
conventional TLC plates and a horizontal gel electrophoresis apparatus
to do electrophoretic TLC!)  All the references I come across use the
electrophoretic TLC technique.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
