Using ABI 310 in Seattle?

Beth you sequencing goddess you!  How can you do 1600 manual sequences a week?  
Does your PI have you locked in the lab? 

But seriously, if you can do that many you do not need the 310.  On the other hand if 
it was a typo and you still need some help I may be able to help a bit.  Let me know,
