PCR primers for common plasmids

Hi
I sometimes have been experiencing amplification trouble with standard
primers when used either in PCR or sequencing (using Taq). Therefore I
have devised new, longer primers, with higher Tm. My primers are to be
used on pBSK. I can post their sequence if someone is interested.
