Hi there,
        Yes, you should ensure that you are using a gamma labelled rNTP 
not alpha. I find that to get very high labelling efficiencies to each 
rxn add just 10pM(100ng) of you oligo. Unless you are going to use the 
oligo in hot PCR in which case you can label up 300pM in one rxn.
