I am interested in quantitating RNA in E. coli by RT pcr. However RNAs in E. cli do not have oligoA. Instead of RNA protection assay or norther blotting, RT-quantitative PCR is preferrable to me. Any suggestions or references are needed. Thanks in advance! Han Kim hbkim at dogsuri.hoseo.ac.kr
