Depends on the fragment sizes.
If you areunder a megabase you can just use a switcher from Hoefer with your
regular gel apparatus.  If bigger then you may need a rotary unit from
Biometra or the equivalent from Bio-Rad.

Good pulse field book is in IRL series practical laboratory techniques.

Also check with MJ Research they have a free(I think) spreadsheet program
that will help you select pulse field condidtions.
