The Thermaostable rTth Reverse Transcriptase RNA PCR Kit did not work.

Hi, netters.

I purchased a rTth kit (part no. N808-0069) to do RNA PCR.
from Perkin Elmer.  I tried a few times, but I did not get 
any product.  The positive control did not work either.  
Does any one know what may be the problem?
