Expression in yeast

Hi netters,

I want to clone and expres a mamalian membrane protein  in yeast but
have first a few questions:

- Will yeast assemble the protein in the outer membran ?
- What about the glycosylation ?
- Does anyone know a vector, containing a tag sequence to search for
  the expressed protein ?
