Quick DNA extraction from YAC

HI,

I received 60 YAC from the CEPH laboratory after two initial round of PCR
screening. I should to extract DNA from these yeast and I want to know if
a rapid method of DNA extraction exist for the yeast useful for PCR
screening (as the boiling method for bacteria).
