	Well, I never heat my slides to 60oC to liquify the parrafin and 
I'm not sure why you would. The Xylene step will remove all the 
parrafin.  I think you may be degrading all your antigens by doing this.  
I have heard of people microwaving their slides to improve antigenicity 
but I haven't needed to do this.
