Hi every one Got a question for the yeast/bug growers out there - is the yeast ectract used in yeast culture the same as the Bacto-yeast extract used in bacterial culture? We're just setting up a two-hybrid system and don't really want to kill off our yeast as soon as we try to grow them!!!!! Ta in advance Andy D A.doherty at bris.ac.uk
