Where to publish DNA sequences

Dear netters,

Do anyone of you know any journal that accept for publication DNA sequences 
of novel genes plus a brief description (main features of the sequence, 
cloning strategy, maybe some data on its expression), much as Plant 
Physiology used to do at the Plant Gene Register section until very 
recently ?
