Transformation efficiency of supercoiled vs. relaxed?

Dear Netters:

	Does anyone know (or better yet have a reference) to the efficiency of
transformation of supercoiled DNA as compared to relaxed DNA? More
specifically if I have cells where I get 10^7 colonies per ug of a
standard supercoiled DNA, how many colonies will I get from 1ug of DNA
from a ligation?
