Back in '94 a paper came out in PNAS detailing a technique called
low-stringency single specific primer (LSSP) PCR- a technique to rapidly
detect mutations in gene sized fragments. Does anyone have any experience with
this technique? I am wondering if this technique really works or if
there is another relatively simple method detect mutations.
