Wait a minute, autoclaving doesn't make things RNase free, otherwise, why
bake glassware??  Autoclaving tips just makes them sterile so that RNases
present in bacteria don't contaminate solutions.  I thought tips already
come RNase free, just as eppendorf tubes do too.
