Dear Andrew

Yes, Indeed!! We have had problems with the Promega T-vector. After several
weeks and a lot of frustration we finally changed to Pharmacia's t-vactor
kit, and then suddenly everyting worked OK. Try that!! I've also heard that
Invotrogen's kis is OK, but probably more expencive than Pharmacias kit.
