Are many people having success with this technique using cDNA?
Should I use the original Hubank and Schatz method or invest in the 
clontech PCR-select cDNA subtraction kit? This kit is extremely expensive 
in Australia, A$1279 for 5 cDNA reactions. The years consumables budget 
in one hit!!!!Some of these companies really do try to screw scientists.
