Adipose tissue

Ever tried to extract RNA from adipose tissue with samples of 50 mg or less ?

 If so could you give me some insights on your protocol or technique ??? 
Because I'm trying and it doesn't yield any RNA at all !!  I'm using
Sacchi (1987)
