Help-cloning of polyA-missing mRNAs

Hi all:

I am trying to clone a mRNA, which apparently miss the poly-A-tale using
a race-PCR-strategy (clonetech: marathon Race-PCR-Kit).
Since I succeeded to clone another subunit of the whole complex using 
the same method it can not be attached to the strategy itself. There are
as well several other reasons for the lack of the poly-A-tale.

If you know a fast method to resolve the problem please answer me !!!!
