question about antisense construct

Hi, there.
A general question.
 
I try to make a antisense chimeric construct. I want to know what the (negitive) effects of  unrelated sequence (say poly linker) and poly A tail (<20 bp long) are on the transgenic plant. I mean should I cut those sequences from my insert or let them stay in the insert?

Any suggestions and advices are highly appreciated.
