I am going to try to produce somatic embryos from Narcissus roots ( a monocotyledonous plant). I am currently trying to decide whether to use intact rooted shoots or excised roots, in a system I can somehow quantify. Can anyone give me any advice? -- Darren darren.sage at hri.ac.uk
