Hi, Is anyone using the Tet-inducible system of Bujard? I'm having lower inductions that his lab suggests (1000-10,000-fold). Using the Luc-reporter that they provide I'm getting a mere 20 fold or so after creating stable rtTA's in HeLa....any ideas? Barry
