HELP -yields of gel isolation kits

Hi TJ

I tried using Quiagen gel isolation kit, both types of kits Quiagen
sells..spin columns and the one with the beads you add to your DNA
brew, both suck.  Went back to freeze-squeeze gel isolation
technique...works great for me every time.
