Fluorescent labelling with PCR

Hello,

is there anybody out there, who knows a method for labelling PCR-Fragments 
with Fluorescent-Dyes such as Texas red 5 ´dUTP and Fluorescein - 12 ´dUTP
for  in situ - Hybridization? PCR - probes must be labelled very 
intensively. Is there any other method than PCR - labelling and Nick 
Translation that works fine for this purpose ?
