N-GST-proteinX-C fusion proteins can be easily purified based on the
affinity of GST to glutathione-agarose. Does anyone know if it is
possible to construct fusions to the opposite end of GST (i.e.
N-proteinX-GST-C) and still maintain proper folding of the GST domain?
If so, does anyone know if vectors have been constructed which make
this type of fusion convenient to construct and where I could obtain
such vectors? Thanks.
