Hello, Has anyone ever used Amersham's ECL Western blotting kit for immunodetection of peptides in a microwell assay? I'd like to know if the incubation times are similar regardless of the support used (whether membrane or PVC microtiter plate). I have a call in to tech support but thought I'd try here in addition.
