Recently I noticed that after extraction of my DNA from a 1.2% agarose gel by using the Qiaquick gel extraction kit I got a very low ratio of A260/A280, 1.2 or even 1.0. Does anobody know why? Thanks. Zhongtang Yu Microbiol., UBC
