Hi Paul and other bionetters,

Does this advantage of using "Church" hybridization solutions extend
to Northern blots of RNA on positively charced nylon membranes
(HYbond-N+), i.e. for reducing background?

Does transfer of nucleic acids with the downward alkaline
method affect this recommendation?
