Are there alternatives to Tris-based PCR buffers?

Does anyone know of a PCR amplification buffer that does not contain
Tris? We want to be able to perform PCR in a buffer that does not
contain any amine groups. This excludes Tris and most other common
buffers such as TES, Tricine, Bicine, etc. The sorts of buffers that
may be suitable include HEPES, HEPPSO, POPSO, EPPS. Also, what about
simple phosphate or citrate as a base for a PCR buffer?

Any suggestions or recipes would be greatly appreciated.

Yours sincerely;

Gavin Turbett.
