   Hi netters:

   I have a problems in obtaining good results with a Southern

   Blot. The matter is that I have a very low sensitivity and

   I can not see nice bands . I think that the amount of

   genomic DNA and the transference are all right. I am using ramdom

   priming and ATP 32P. Do you have any sugestions?
